Adding, Updating, and Removing Payment Methods

Add a Payment Method
Payment methods can be added to your account as part of the donation and sponsorship process, but if you would like to add a payment method before donating/sponsoring, you will need to access your account.

If you cannot access your account, please click here. Once accessed, please visit the "My Payment Methods" tab and from there select "Add Payment Method" and follow the steps.

Updating a Payment Method
If you want to update your payment method, visit the "My Payment Methods" tab and from there select "Add  Payment Method". Follow the steps and the new card will be added to your account. Once done, you can remove your old card from your account.

Removing a Payment Method
We require one active payment method on our system, so to remove a payment method you must first replace it with a new payment method.  

If you are attempting to remove your card because you would like to pause/cancel your payments, please contact support@safinternational.org and a member of staff will assist you.
